SAFE 8/19/17 Luna just came to us and possibly hit by car. He seems to be doing well and has some scrapes on him however, we do not want him to remain in the shelter and MUST HAVE PLACEMENT BY NOON, SATURDAY – 8/19/17

EENT: Anisocoria, OD- miotic, hyphema, AD-slight bloddy discharge seen , no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: deciduous teeth; mm’s pink
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 descended testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, abrasion at ventral abdomen and right side of abdomen, wounds at digits of right hind paw
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan
Gave simbadol 0.1 mls SQ
Prognosis: fair to guarded
SURGERY:
Temporary waiver due to head trauma and under 2 lbs
