After quieting room down and stopping traffic in/out, cat allowed most medical handling despite escaping and having to be caught in net. Responds very favorably to slow, gentle handling. No active aggression. Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective T = P = 210 R = eup BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: not able to perform, too stressed PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Lactating MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: NP Assessment 1 year old F DSH 1.
