Follow up care at your regular veterinarian is recommended to ensure continued treatment. Your veterinarian will advise you if surgical sterilization is appropriate.

Oral Exam: Adult dentition, Mild tartar, MM pink and moist
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact male
MSI: Ambulatory x 2, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – CP deficits both hind legs, deep pain absent x 2 hind legs
Fracture of right ilium- r/o secondary spinal trauma
Monitor for urination / defecation
Temporary waiver due to injury
