P: CONTINUE WITH CURRENT TREATMENT AND MONITORING PLAN. GOOD PROGNOSIS

Recheck exam
O: BARH. mm=pink, moist. Eating well, normal feces in cage.
EENT: OU – mucopurulent discharge, mild crusting, mod. chemosis. No nasal discharge.
A: Conjunctivitis. No signs of URI.
P: Continue current therapy.
Rec. placement.
Excellent prognosis.

Recheck eyes
O: QARH.
EENT: No nasal discharge. Severe mucopurulent ocular discharge, chemosis, crusting.
A: Severe conjunctivitis.
P: Cleaned OU with eye wash, applied terramycin.
Rx Terramycin oint. Apply OU BID x 10 days.
Monitor for URI signs, appetite.
Prognosis good.
