*** SAFE 04/30/16 *** WISH WE KNEW LORAS’ STORY…..While he was trapped near a construction site, he is already NEUTERED and a healthy weight. Which could mean that he is a lost or abandoned cat and was owned at one time.Who knows how long he has been on his own or if he was part of a TNR program? All of this remains a mystery. What is not a mystery is the fact that the ACC will kill him at noon tomorrow if no one comes forward for him. LORAS is NEW HOPE rated which means a NEW HOPE rescue needs to pull him and NEW HOPE rescues need FOSTERS and ADOPTERS!! If you can help LORAS, please contact a NEW HOPE rescue NOW!! If you need assistance, email [email protected]
