Medical Summary 03/07/16 15:06 Scan : negative Sex: neutered Approx 4-5 months S/O: QAR. BCS 2/9. Skin tent. Dried nasal discharge at nares, no active discharge. Dried ocular d/c OS, crusted closed. Significant dry dark debris OU. Unkept dirty haircoat. Minimally weight bearing lame on left front limb. Decreased ROM in carpus in extension, radius possibly displaced, no crepitus palapted, increased laxity medial-lateral. Normal Abdominal palpation. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL. Eating well. Very sweet, allowed all handling. Cleaned nares, eye discharge, applied erythromycin OU. Administered 0.07ml buprenorphine 0.5mg/ml SQ, and 50ml SQ LRS Applied revolution A: Resolving URI, mild conjunctivitis OS. Lameness, possible fracture/luxation of left front carpus. presumptive ear mites. Underweight. P: Continue buprenorphine, clavamox and erythromycin OU x7 days. Sedate and radiograph carpus once hydrated. PROGNOSIS: GOOD
