Allows all handling, leans into some back scratching. O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: Healthy young adult cat Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Gave 0.8 ml pyrantel PO and Activyl 2-9 # during exam 1088
