Around strangers Liquorice is friednlty and outgoing, she has never been around childen, but has lived with a female cat and is relaxed and friendly with her and has no bite history. She Loves being held and is described as affectionate, Mellow and talkative with a meduim activity level. Liquorice likes to follow the Family around the home and is feed weed and dry food. She is litter box trianed and uses an uncovered box with clumping liter and has a vertical scratching post made of carpet and cardboard.

KNOWN HISTORY: Dawn was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: Calm, allows exam EVALUATION: Cage Condition: Cage is neat Reaction to assessor: Dawn was lying down and relaxed at the back of the cage. Reaction when softly spoken to: Dawn stretches then comes forward and gently rubs her body up against the cage door. Reaction to cage door opening: Dawn is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Dawn rolls around, purrs and allows petting all over her body. She’s social, friendly and very affectionate. Reaction to being picked up: Dawn was a bit tense when picked up, then got antsy and leaped away. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Social, Affectionate BEHAVIOR SUMMARY: Beginner Dawn interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
