Medical Behavior Evaluation BLUE
Medical Summary emergency lateral recumbancy, panting bloody d/c from nose. bcs 3/9 HR 120 dehydrated assume hit by car . initally gave grtave prognosis but RR slowed and cat lifted up head. gave 50cc LRS, 1mg Dexamethasone SQ will observe FVRCP only today guarded to poor prognosis
S/O: QAR. ~8% dehydrated. Minimal interest in food
EENT: Eyes clear, mild conjunctivitis OU with scleral hemorrhage OS, crusted bloody nasal discharge, no active discharge
HL: Normal RR/RE
A: Head trauma, HBC — significant improvement from presentation
P: Adding LRS 20ml SQ q24 x 3 days. Fair prognosis with continued improvement
