KNOWN HISTORY: Lived Indoors ENRICHMENT NOTES: 4/3/17- At back of cage, head under bedding, no response to door opening. Lifted head when uncovered, eyes dilated. Tolerated pets, started lip licking. EVALUATION: Cage Condition: Cage is slightly re-arranged Reaction to assessor: Lincoln looks tense, lying down flat at the back of cage with head down when approached by the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Lincoln seems unsure with his surroundings, remains immobile in place. Reaction to touch: Lincoln shows no interest to the stroke, while his head is raised and looks at the assessor with normal shape eyes. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Motionless VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Shy and Timid RECOMMENDATIONS: – Experienced cat parent Lincoln tolerates attention and petting, but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
