ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact male- both testes in scrotum
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, alopecic area w/ scab caudal AD; otherwise healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: DNP
Assessment: URI w/ elevated nictitans and chemosis; otitis externa AU- ddx mites; FeLV positive
Prognosis: fair
Plan:
1) Erythromycin OU BID x10d
2) Doxycycline 0.2ml (50mg/ml susp) PO BID x10d
3) Tresaderm AU BID x10d
