That started to heal up nicely but along came the evil shelter cold which put a crimp in LEX LUTHER’S plan to get adopted. 9/22/16 Showing signs of URI on cage side rounds move to iso and start Doxycycline 10mg/kg PO q 24 9/21/16 S/O-BAR, eating well P-continue to monitor appetite 09/19/16 12:34 embedded nail wound seems to be healing well no discharge, dry scabbing. not eating give mirtazapine and offer wet food 09/22/16 13:37 showing signs of URI on cage rounds move to ISO and begin doxycycline 10mg/kg PO q 24 9/17/16 S/O: rechecking previously embedded nail polydactyly- on R FL- double dewclaws were previously trimmed- no open wounds, mild debris around healing wound, non painful, no pus prognosis: good will CTM as with any geriatric p, cbc/chem/t4/ua/fecal OPG is recommended as a general health screen annually 9/13/16 Switched to buprenorphine SR – 0.22 ml SQ once. Placement determination: Beginner Lex interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
