Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: appx 10m-1y Mentation: BAR, slight dehydration, eating well when offered food Eyes: clear Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: little to no staining on teeth If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: minor abraded areas to hinds Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: no Any injuries: lameness in hinds, response to deep toe pinch and anal tone/defecated, no urination seen yet, painful and will roll to avoid pressure on hips, possible fractured pelvis from HBC or high rise–rads could not be completed at night due to issue with cpu, on for sedated exam in am and will NPO at midnight; no other trauma seen, palate intact Behavior: painful but sweet, will position for head scratches Medication: oncall rec one dose 0.1ml bupren IM and set up for 0.05ml bupren for next 2xd SID
