Medical Summary 11/13/16 15:07 scan negative approx 5yo female DSH S: queen + 2 infants, is reported to be local street cat, was seen giving birth and brought in, reportedly had 4 infants, 2 have died, mom growls when handled, infants nursing O: brief exam [performed significant abdominal distension, dicomfort on palpation, placenta noted at vulva, no contraction seen A: stage 2 labor vs uterine inertia vs postpartum vs other P: 0.5ml Oxytocin SQ quiet dark place overnight monitor infants px: good for all 3 animals
