07/28/17 14:32 Basic Info: Lefty A1120055 is a gray tabby & white DSH cat that was born at home and is being surrendered along with his brother Louis A1120056 a white & black DSH cat due to too many pets. They’ve never been seen by a vet and currently have no known health issues/injuries but both have ocular (eye) discharge. Socialization: Lefty is friendly/outgoing with strangers. He hasn’t been around children but was gentle, playful, relaxed/affectionate with the other cats, a Pitbull, two Chihuahuas and the adults in the home. Lefty hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: Lefty isn’t bothered by the following: being brushed or being put into a carrier. Lefty hasn’t been disturbed while sleeping/resting, had his nails trimmed or been bathed. Lefty scratches on a chair at times and doesn’t have a scratching post. For a New Family to Know: Lefty is described as friendly, affectionate, playful (at times) & quiet with low-medium activity level. When the owner is home Lefty follows them around. He’s an indoor cat who sleeps around the home, eats dry cat food 2x a day and uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter within. Intake Behavior: Lefty allowed all handling. He had a soft body, eyes and allowed to be scanned (-), collared & have his pictures taken. Lefty will solicit attention/affection and head butt. He didn’t seem to mind being picked up at all and was placed into a kennel with ease.
