Medical Summary 05/01/17 DVM exam. History – Brought in by owner along with other cat in the household Precious. No medical concerns noted. Microchip scan negative. Age 5 yrs. Observed behavior – Shy, tense, allows all handling. Evidence of trauma or cruelty – No. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR=180, RR=24. BCS=5/9. ORAL Good dental condition, no oral lesions. EENT: No oculonasal discharge, no sneezing. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: No palpable masses/organomegaly. Neutered male. MS: Amb x 4, no lameness. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. No skin lesions. NEURO: No neurologic deficits. PLN: No enlargements noted. A: Apparently healthy young adult neutered cat. P; Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
