Medical Summary Owner took cat to the ASPCA — As per ASPCA cat was treated for Urinary obstruction and should be urinating regular. Bladder is imflamed and urine is severly bloody. Currently cat is suspected to have UTI. Currently cat is straining to urinate and seems to be in pain —- Vet Check Microchip: Negative Sex: Male Age 3 years Mentation: BARH Eyes: Clear Ears: Clear Nose: Clear Teeth: Mild staining and tartar If abnormal BCS: 3 Skin: APH Hair Coat: Flea comb negative Declawed: No Any injuries: physical no — UTI Vet Check Behavior: Growling, hissing, doesnt like to be touch and will swat quick Medication: Vet Check will determine NOSF
