***SAFE 11/21/17*** GENTLE WITH KIDS AND PLAYFUL AND AFFECTIONATE – KIDDY NEEDS A HERO TONIGHT TO GET HER TO SAFETY!! KIDDY was surrendered by his owner after she decided she had too many pets. KIDDY lived with his owner since a kitten. Now he is stressed in the shelter environment and the ACC has given him the boot. KIDDY was a friendly and affectionate cat in the home and if you rescue him tonight – he will have a chance to relax and go back to his old self again!! He is healthy and already neutered. OPEN YOUR HOME TO KIDDY TONIGHT – MUST RESERVE HIM BY NOON!!
Hello, my name is Kiddy. My animal id is #12323. I am a desexed male gray tabby cat at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 2 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 11-Nov-2017, with the surrender reason stated as poor choice – too many animals already.
Kiddy is at risk for behavior challenges (New Hope Only determination). He appears fearful and does not seem to be thriving in the shelter environment. He attempts to hide upon approach and will display distance-increasing behavior during interactions. He does not currently allow any handling. There is no noted medical condition for Kiddy at this time.
My medical notes are…
Weight: 9.6 lbs
