PROFILE:

Kestrel is a 6 week old female DSH cat. She was born at home and surrendered because her family wanted her to receive vet care and because they have too many pets. Kestrel’s front limbs are bent in at 90 degree angles. She crawls with her chest close to the ground.
Kestrel is friendly and affectionate with her family. She lived with 3 adult cats (including her parents) and her 4 siblings. Kestrel hasn’t bit anyone. She eats dry kitten food on her own. Her mother still stimulates her to urinate and defecate.
Kestrel had a soft body while I held her, scanned her (-), collared her, positioned her for pictures, and put her in a carrier. She walked around with her chest low to the ground. She ate wet food.
