If yes, Please elaborate:Kerry came in as a stray so her history is unknown. She is approximately a 2 year old, DSH female who was not spayed prior to coming into the shelter.
Behavior Notes:Kerry was very friendly and affectionate during intake. She was purring and head butting counselor. When the counselor tried to pick up one of her babies, she quickly stood up and was seeking the baby, counselor placed the kitten back down and she immediately picked it up and took it to the back of the carrier.

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, enlarged mammae with lactation, no vulvar dc
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally

Plan:
Move to ISO along with 4 kittens
start doxycycline 0.8mL PO SID x 10 days
