Calmly walked out of carrier and allowed to be handled for weight. Became tense, started hissing, jumped from table. Was hissing and growling in net. Limited exam, unable to MC/CT Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Not performed H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy Plan: MC/CT at time of spay Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: OK for spay
