U/G:neutered male, penis appear wnl although hard to extrude fully
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

100 cc lrs sq bid x 3d

one dose onsior once given during exam
PC) Re-check FLUTD. Blocked?
S/O) Moderate amt urine in litter pan – no blood. No BM.
Canned food only – does not seem to be eating.

MSI: BCS= 5/9, mabx 4, GHC.
H/L: NSR, NM, clr and eup.
Abd: SNP, NMP.
UG: Small bladder.
A) Not blocked.
P) Keep in medical 1 more day – monitor urination and eating.
