04/11/16 10:10 BASIC INFO Kathy A0522845 is an approximately 15 year old dsh. She is being surrenderred to the shelter because the owner cannot afford to pay for its medical care. According to the previous owner, katthy last saw a veterinarian in july 2015. she only has 3 teeth and she has been defecating outside of the litter box for the last 6 months. Owner stated that she also needs to take her to a veterinarian for a regular follow up visit but cannot afford it. Kathy is very sweet. She does have accident. She is only fed wet food. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE Kathy allowed all handling, collaring and photos.
