Medical Summary History Surrendered with 1 other cat who is not ill Subjective Calm, sits on table, allows all handling. Objective BCS 7/9, MMs pink EENT: Mild chemosis and mild serous ocular discharge from OD. Clean ears and nose. Oral Exam: Mild tartar and gingivitis. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: 1. Mild conjunctivitis 2. Overweight 3. Mild dental disease Plan: 1. Swabbed for resp pathogens 2. Move to conjunctivitis isolation and treat with erythromycin OU BID x10 days 3. Recommend weight loss of 2-5 lbs 4. Recommend dental cleaning 1088
