Safe - 4-2-2016 Staten Island
SAFE 4/2/16 Fidler & Casey were brought to us because their owner cannot afford any medical expenses at this time (Fidler being treated for URI) . Both are AMAZING cats and do not have to go together. As per the owner, Fidler & Kacie did get along with the other cats but didn’t like each other.

CAT INFORMATION SHEET
Where did this cat come from?
Owner found Kacie on the street.
WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THIS CAT IN?
Owner stated that him and his wife cannot afford medical expenses.
Owner had Kacie for about 4 years.
Kacie lived with 2 adults and a baby. Around strangers, Kacie is friendly and gentle. She loves to be pet and given attention.
Kacie lived with 3 other cats and got along great with 2 of the 3 cats. She came in with Fidler and that is the cat that he does not get along with. Around the other cats in the household, Kacie was gentle or not play with them at all. Her behavior around dogs is unknown.
Kacie is described as friendly, plauful, independent and talkative. She has a very high activity level. When the owner was in the home, Kacie would follow them around, sit on their lap, or be in the same room. Her favorite activity is sitting on the owner. She loves to play with balls. Kacie is litterbox trained andused a hooded litterbox in the house. Kacie had a cardboard scratching post in the house which he would use. Kacie is not bothered by having her nails trimmed, given a bath, brushing her cat, picking him up, putting her in a carrier or if someone disturbs her while he is sleeping. In the car, Kacie will meow.
Kacie ate both wet and dry food. The brands were Blue Buffalo and Wellness Signature.
A volunteer writes: Kacie is one talkative gal! First she will meow to make her presence known, then she will strike up a conversation with you. Kacie not only gets along with humans, but she socializes well with other cats. If that’s not enough, Kacie is very playful and outgoing. This gal is so easy to handle that beginner cat parents (those with little or no experience with cats) would find Kacie a joy to behold.
