SAFE 6/24/16 Meet Kaboom: This gorgeous girl was found trapped in a car engine and has a fractured pelvis. She will need an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon and may need surgery to correct the fracture. She has been very friendly toward her human caretakers while with us in the shelter, but when her finder was removing her from the car engine, she bit him in the hand and will need to observe a 10 day long Department of Health hold. Kaboom should observe the remainder of her hold in a veterinary hospital in order to address her pelvic fracture.
