Observed Behavior – at back of cage, hisses, growls and swats at assess-a-hand. Had to net to get out of cage. Sedated with 0.15mLs Telazol IM, which provided adequate sedation for exam and treatments.

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male; both testicles descended
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment: Apparently healthy

Excellent-Good
Plan: Acceptable candidate for adoption or rescue pending behavior evaluation.
