BCS 3/5 EENT: Teeth clean, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl HL: Normal thoracic auscultation INTEG: Appears wnl, no obvious wounds or injuries, clean coat MS: Ambulatory x 4, no apparent lameness UG: Externally normal intact male A: Apparently healthy P: NH has placement. Excellent prognosis
