Medical Summary 2/12/17 Sex: Male intact Scan: Negative Estimated age: 3-4 years old based on dentition and overall size Fleas: No flea dirt. Hx: Part of a hoarding case of 60+ cats S: Tense, allows all handling but leans away from examiner O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Mild waxy discharge AD, and thin fur cranial to AD with some scratches visible on the skin. No discharge OU, nose. Mild gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Tense, but no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: Mild otitis AD – R/O ear mites vs. other Short-term prognosis: Good P: Clean ears today, give ivermecin 0.15 ml SQ today and in 14 days.
