JOAQUIN – A1091299
Gone - 10-9-2016 Manhattan
**GONE 10/09/16** ADORABLE 11 MONTH OLD BOY NEEDS A REAL HOME!!! A volunteer writes: Joaquin gets the award for arriving at the Care Center under the strangest circumstances: he apparently escaped out a window of his former family’s home…and because they had so many cats living with them, they didn’t notice he was gone. Now this quiet creamsicle teenager is catching up on his beauty sleep and getting lots of attention from the volunteers who have taken a shine to him. Joaquin can be shy at first, but don’t let that fool you; there’s a very well behaved, friendly, and loving little guy behind that tough mug. Come meet the escape artist of the cat adoption room today!

09/26/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/26/16 11:55 Joaquin A1091299 is a 9month old male orange tabby & white DSH feline who was born in the home and is being surrendered due to him jumping out of the window yesterday afternoon. The owner has many cats and didn’t realize until late last night. They aren’t able to keep him. Joaquin has lived with many other cats and hides/runs when people come around. He scratches on items in the home and eats dry cat food. Joaquin hasn’t been around children or dogs. During intake Joaquin allowed all handling. He kept attempting to run/hide which is why his picture was taken in his kennel. Joaquin allowed to be scanned (-) & collared. He didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held even though he did try to run/get away and was placed into a kennel with ease.
