PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dirty and matted hair .
