No History : Stray Subjective: Friendly on presentation, able to perform physical examination with minimal restraint, resists oral examination Objective T = P = 212 R = 42 BCS 3/9 EENT: Chemosis with green ocular discharge OU, ears clean, Green nasal discharge Oral Exam: Ulcerations where upper canines contact mandibular gingiva, moderate tartar, mm light pink, moist, crt < 2 PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: neutered male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: URI, Gingivitis, Moderate Anemia Plan: Doxycycline 50 mg/ml- 0.6 ml PO SID x 10 days, Erythromycin Ophthamlic- Apply both eyes BID x 10 days Recommend dental cleaning SQ Fluids 100 ml SID x 4 days CBC / Chemistry Monitor appetite Anemia- continue to monitor appetite and overall demeanor for lethargy Prognosis: Fair
