Medical Summary 11/22/16 Microchip scan neg. O: QARH. Fearful, trying to hide. Hisses when approached but able to handle/examine. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. ORAL: All deciduous teeth erupted. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. No sneezing. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs. ABD/UG: Female. Palpation WNL. MS: Thin body condition. Amb x 4. INTEG: Full, slightly dirty haircoat. A: Apparently healthy 6 week old. Mildly underweight – r/o malnutrition, parasitism, infectious disease. P: Excellent prognosis.
