***SAFE 10/06/17*** SENIOR BOY JAY JAY NEEDS A RESCUE ANGEL TONIGHT!! 15 year old Jay Jay was brought to the shelter when his owner died. This handsome tabby is already neutered and needs a new retirement home! He is not happy in the shelter which is totally understandable and is being punished with a New Hope only rating and MUST BE PULLED BY A RESCUE BY NOON! PLEASE GIVE JAY JAY A RETIREMENT HOME – NOT A DEATH SENTENCE!!

Jay Jay is at-risk with a NHO determination. He displays fearful behavior in the shelter and does not appear to be thriving. He remains hidden upon approach and focuses on the person with dilated eyes. He does not appear to be receptive to interactions and will display distance-increasing behaviors to avoid contact.
