SAFE 9/20/16 Little Jay is having difficulty moving his hind end and will need follow-up attention. He is soooo cute and friendly! Please help this little guy now!

teeth erupting normally, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl
non-ambulatory in hind end, deep pain/motor in tact, hind legs splayed laterally and caudally
small wound/scab at caudal left hind limb at region of stifle, healing wound at caudal hock
single radiograph vd pelvic shows no obvious congenital defects or injuries
a: underage, underweight, rule out injury (nerve damage) vs congenital defect vs other
p: appears comfortable, no treatment indicated at this time. continue to monitor while at bacc
