ENRICHMENT NOTES:
5/17/18
Resting at back, wide-eyed, seemed unsure. Lay in place when door opened, sniffed assess-a-hand. Allowed, slightly leaned into head pets, hissed when pet along body.
5/20/18
Resting in top cubby, came out to shelf on approach, soft eyes and body, started cheek rubbing cage-furnishings. Sniffed hand between the bars, moved back to cubby when door opened, still cheek rubbing. Briefly leaned into pets, then hissed, started lightly swatting assess-a-hand. Sat down and started grooming after door closed.
5/21/18
Dozing in top cubby, woke when door opened. Lay in place, soft eyes and body. Sniffed, then started eating treats. Allowed pets while eating, then sat up, leaned away, growled quietly.
5/22/18
Curled up resting in top cubby, soft gaze and posture, but wide-eyed, alert. Started tail flicking when spoken to. Lay in place when door opened, started eating offered treats. Allowed all pets while eating. When done, allowed a few more pets while slowly shifting back, then hissed and repeatedly swatted assess-a-hand with claws. After door closed, moved down to bottom cubby and lay in litter box, started cheek-rubbing and rolling over.

BEHAVIOR SUMMARY:
Jaspurr may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced, adult only home who understands this cat may need time to warm up to her new home and family at her own pace.
