MEDICAL:

VC: Tech noted conjunctivitis on initial
S/O: BAR, moderate chemosis of OD, blepharospasm, epiphora.
Florescein stain negative, difficult to completely evaluate corneal surface due to degree or chemosis and globe retraction.
A: Chemosis, possible corneal ulcer could not be definitely ruled out, but will treat accordingly.
P: Start erythromycin ointment x 10days and recheck
