EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Mild dental staining and wear
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt dirty hair coat, two areas of matting at distal tail
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Apparently healthy
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Two areas of matting at distal tail shaved off
Prognosis: Excellent
