12/04/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
12/04/16 16:12 Jade A1098650 is a 15 year old spayed DSH cat. She was adopted from a shelter 13 years ago with another cat, Maurice A1098652. Their owner passed away and their family could not keep or rehome them. Jade lived with an adult woman. She hides from strangers. Her family describes her as shy, mellow, quiet, and low energy. She spent time with her owner and played with stuffed toys. She and Maurice spent all of their time together and were affectionate together. Jade is littertrained. She scratched a horizontal cardboard scratching pad and a rope-covered cat tree, and didn’t scratch furniture. She ate dry and wet Friskies food. She resisted going into a carrier. Jade was tense during intake. She was tolerant while I pet her, scanned her (+), collared her, picked her up, photographed her, and put her in a carrier. She didn’t resist, retreat, or vocalize.
