Oral Exam: decid teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: injury lhl

Prognosis: fair
SURGERY: postpone until radiographs
Re-Exam (9/21/17)
Hx: LH lameness noted on intake; radiographs available for review
pelvic/hindlimb radiographs: complete fracture of L distal femoral neck; physis open

Enrichment
Appears unsure and meows when approached, but allows petting and warms up, nuzzling against hand. Remains soft when held and seems to appreciate attention. Will meow when petting ends and demands attention, making eye contact. Silly kitten.
