EENT: Eyes have purulent d/c ou and are sealed shut but globes appear normal, ears clean, mild purulent nasal d/c bilaterally
Oral Exam: kitten dentition erupting, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, distended
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dirty hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

URI with conjunctivitis
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Clean eyes
LRS SQ 15ml once
Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d
Start erythromycin OU BID x10d
Recheck daily-keep in medical isolation
