History : Stray, litter of 2
Observed Behavior – BARH. Allows all handling, eating well on own
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no
P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Pink mm, no oral ulcers, teeth erupting appropriately
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC.
Temporary waiver due to underweight
