Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Green looks tense, crouched position at the back when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Green remains in place, alert with eyes dilated. Reaction to touch: Green retreats when touched then hisses at the head-butts the assessor’s hand and stiffens up in place. Placement determination: Experience / no child Green Apples tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
