GRAY – A1068861
Safe - 4-12-2016 Manhattan
**SAFE 04/12/16** Their owner died, and now these BEGINNER-rated beauties are scheduled to be killed tomorrow. Unfair! The shelter couldn’t have expended too much brain power in naming these cats ORANGE and GRAY, and they have clearly spent even less energy on trying to find homes for them. GRAY is FeLV+ and was listed last night, and has amazing volunteer comments. Orange was not listed last night, but one may NOT assume that a second night will be in the offing for him. Please read the volunteer comments for Gray, and then find foster/adoptive heroes who can save these two, tonight! “A volunteer writes: Gray meows for attention when I pass her cage. I look up to see the most beautiful green eyes and heathery brown coat. She rubs her cheek against the kennel door while I open it. What a love! She curls and uncurls her toes in delight when I coo to her. Soon we are having a full make out session with lots of stroking, petting and purring. Gray is going to make someone really happy…. why not you? Another volunteer writes: “I’m Gray, come say hi to me right meow please!” Or at least, that’s what I heard when she meowed for my attention. Although she came to us as a stray, she sure loves people and attention. Snuggles, purrs, and head butts, that’s what our Gray is all about. Not that she doesn’t enjoy a little down time as well. She seems like she’d be a pretty easy girl to accommodate, I hope you’ll think about coming to our Manhattan Center to meet her. Right MEOW!” SAVE ORANGE AND GRAY TONIGHT!
