Medical Summary Scan negative Intact female 3 month of age Hx: Part of litter. Still nursing from queen. PE:EENT- bilateral conjuctivitis, Cv- No murmurs, strong and synchronous, Ms- Normal muscle mass, Neuro- Ambulatory in all 4 limbs, Abdomen- Comfortable, Lymph nodes- Normal size and shape, Skin- No ectoparasites. Assessment -conjuctivitis Plan Ponazuril and pyrantel given flea control micropchipped FVRCP and Rabies given. erythromycin sid OU for 10 days. good for surgery good prognosis
