I am a female black domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 14 WEEKS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 10/28/2016 from NY 10301, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

10/28/16 11:20 Finder was able to take a towel and pick kitten up to place into a box without any issues. Finder stated that the animal was nervous and tried to flee. Behavior during intake: Kitten was nervous and trying to flee during intake. I was able to scan for a mc and take a picture but was unable to collar.

Reaction to assessor: Google looks neutral, lying down on her cage bedding when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Google remains in place, alert with normal shape eyes. Reaction to touch: Google slowly leans into the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: She becomes antsy then jumps back into the cage. Placement determination: Average Google interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
