P: FVRCP, Rabies, Pyrantel, Activyl.
Prognosis excellent.
Behavior
Goliath was brought in without information on her behavioral tendencies in a home environment. Her finder reports he was not easy to handle, but she allowed all handling to be conducted during her initial medical exam and was reported to be friendly.
Reaction to assessor: Goliath was calm, relaxed, and friendly by the front.
Reaction when softly spoken to: Goliath looks at the assessor with soft eyes and meows.
Reaction to cage door opening: Goliath remains soft and relaxed.
Reaction to touch: Goliath leans in for petting, begins to purr, and head-butts. She is very affectionate throughout the interaction.
Reaction to pick up: Goliath remains soft and continues to purr when held.
Placement Determination: Beginner
Goliath interacts with the observer, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
