Subjective: BARH, fractious, growling, hissing, caution. Limited PE.

Oral Exam: unable to assess
PLN: not assessed
H/L: NMA, eupnic, no crackles or wheezes. Difficult to auscult due to growling and hissing.
ABD: no pain on light palpation
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4,fleas/flea dirt noted on LVT intake, no masses noted on external visual exam, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Observed Behavior: did not allow handling, would not come out of carrier from intake cage, hissing and swatting, had to net for transfer to feral den, minimal exam within net
Sex: intact female
Estimated Age: appx 8m-1y
Subjective: seemingly healthy cat with evidence of flea dirt
Eyes: clear
Ears: clean pinnae, could not examine interally
Oral Exam: minimally staining, appear young
Heart: could not auscultate
Lungs: could not auscultate
Abdomen: could not palpate
Musculoskeletal: WNL BCS 5/9
Mentation: BARH
Preliminary Assessment: seemingly healthy cat with fleas
