EENT: Moderate purulent d/c with moderate conjunctivitis ou, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: kitten dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, no d/c or MGTs noted
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, live fleas and flea dirt noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, MCS 2/3
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment:
Underweight/underage
Live fleas and flea dirt noted
Eye infection

Erythromycin OU BID x10d
Doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d
Prognosis: fair
SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to URI and underage/underweight
