Scanned neg on LVT intake History : Surender, no known medical issues Subjective: Purring, likes head scratches, allows all handling. Objective BAR, BCS 8/9, MMs pink EENT: Mild serous nasal discharge. Moderate mucoid ocular discharge. Clean ears. Oral Exam: Moderate to severe tartar. H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Large, non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, several large mats on back. No masses noted. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: URI, overweight Plan: 1. Doxycycline 1.3 ml PO SID x10 days 2. Erythromycin OU BID x10 days 3. Recommend weight loss 4. Shave mats on back Prognosis: Good 1088
